Really incredible people and facility! We tried our first class for free (which one of the staff members arranged for us!), received a personalized video prior to our child’s first day to explain expectations, tell us who to check in with, etc, and even received a courtesy call from the facility when we missed a little over a week of classes due to vacation that we forgot to tell them about. The customer service here is absolutely stellar and all staff members are just wonderful, especially with the children. We drive 45 minutes to get here and are *happy* to do so given the exceptional experience.

I have two children that attend Tersak's Family Martial Arts Academy (TFMAA), one for over 5 years, the other over 2.
